These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, applications and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Pyatoz Online Services Private Limited (“Pyatoz”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Services

Pyatoz provides a technology platform for digital financial and information services, which may include UPI payment collection, payouts, identity and document verification, information APIs, white-label platforms and a consumer recharge & bills application. Certain Services are offered in partnership with licensed banks and regulated partners. Pyatoz is a technology platform and is not a bank.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain Services you must register for an account and may be required to complete KYC and verification. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep it updated, and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights;
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering or any prohibited transaction;
  • Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape or misuse our APIs beyond agreed limits;
  • Transmit malware or engage in any abusive or harmful activity.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees for the Services, where applicable, will be communicated to you and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Settlement timelines and limits may apply as described in your service agreement or dashboard.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (including banks, payment networks and data sources). Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their separate terms, and Pyatoz is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks and logos, are owned by or licensed to Pyatoz and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pyatoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyatoz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any breach of these Terms or applicable law, or as required by our partners or regulators. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
